Make it Work

The purpose of the program Make it Work is to improve the quality of your relationships, personal and professional, by communication practises and to enjoy life more.

We communicate and listen to others the whole day. Usually there's no problem and everything is fine: the others get what you are saying and what you mean by it. There is cooperation, fun and everything goes smoothly.

Sometimes it can be different: there is a certain tension and you notice that you or the other person gets irritated. Where does it go wrong?

Maybe you recognise one of the next situations:

• I do have a lot of great idea's, but why is my colleague never enthousiastic about it?
• When my boss is telling me new things, I don't dare to ask questions, because he can be so impatient.
• He is always so straight to the point, while I really would like to have an occasional talk with eachother.
• I just want to know the facts, why is she always telling stories?

The 'Make it Work' will give you practical tools to create clarity in this kind of situations. Once you practise them, tensions will be solved, cooperation will be created and you both can express yourself fully again.

During the program several topics are handled:

• Getting the other person to understand me by creating clarity and using communication styles.
• Decreasing unnecessary tension and expanding freedom by using communication styles, handling disappointments and feedback.
• Creating space for selfexpression by creating clarity about goals, creating cooperation en eliminating irrelevant factors.
• Creating teamspirit and a joint venture in family, business or with friends in order to built a strong base for future cooperation.

'Make it Work' is for everyone who wants to get more result in the area of leadership, management, teaching, coaching, marketing and acquisition, customer care, relationships, marriage and parenthood.

Practical information

The program exists of 3 days and 2 posttrainings:

• Friday until Sunday from 09.30 until 21:30 hours
• 1^st posttraining from 19.00 until 23:00 hours
• 2nd posttraining 20.00 until 22.00 hours

Prices

The programma Make it Work is € 650.

When register together with another person (doesn't have to be your partner) the program is € 1100 for 2 persons. You receive a discount of € 100 per person.
